Maddy found yoga in 2018 as a way to reconnect with her body and breath during a demanding chapter of life. What started as a physical outlet quickly became a grounding ritual—one that offered strength, stillness, and space all at once.

After years of committed practice, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training to deepen her understanding and share what yoga has given her: clarity, confidence, and community. Her classes are accessible, energizing, and thoughtfully sequenced—whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to the mat before a long day at work.

With a warm and empowering presence, Maddy teaches from the belief that yoga isn’t about flexibility—it’s about coming home to yourself!
