Flow (Standard Flow – Heated)

Sweat, balance, and breathe in this heated vinyasa flow that leaves you clear and energized.

Most of us live stuck in stress mode — rushing, sitting, and overthinking. Flow is your antidote. In this 60-minute heated vinyasa class, you’ll sync one breath to one movement through dynamic sequences that build heat, focus, and strength. Expect standing balances, backbends, and accessible inversions woven into creative flows. Options are always offered, so beginners feel supported while seasoned practitioners stay challenged.

You’ll leave feeling strong, steady, and reset — like you’ve cleared both your mind and body. Perfect for students who want a challenging, music-driven yoga practice that keeps you moving. Over time, you’ll build confidence, consistency, and the sense of being centered no matter what life throws your way.

Gentle Flow (Unheated)

Slow down, breathe deep, and move through mindful flows with longer holds and full support.

Life doesn’t always need more speed. Gentle Flow is a slower-paced, unheated class designed to help you move with intention and steadiness. Expect fewer vinyasas, longer holds (5+ breaths), and accessible balancing postures (never on the hands or upside-down). Props and wall support make this a truly approachable flow for every body.

This class is perfect for students who want the benefits of vinyasa without the rush, the heat, or advanced postures. You’ll leave feeling grounded, lengthened, and restored — like you gave your nervous system a reset while still moving your body. Students often describe Gentle Flow as “yoga therapy that makes me feel calm, but not bored.” Over time, you’ll develop steadiness and confidence that extend far beyond the mat.

Restorative (Unheated)

Surrender, reset, and restore with long-held, fully supported postures and deep relaxation.

We all carry tension — in our hips, our shoulders, our minds. Restorative is your space to let it go. In this candlelit, unheated class, every posture is fully supported with props, held for 3–5 minutes, and paired with mindful breathing to calm your nervous system. No standing, no sweating — just deep release and inner stillness.

This class is for anyone who feels drained, tight, or overstimulated and craves a nervous system reset. Whether you’re balancing a busy schedule, recovering from stress, or simply need a pause, Restorative offers you the gift of presence and serenity. Over time, you’ll build a practice of real rest that makes you more resilient in daily life. Signature elements — soft candlelight, essential oils, gentle humming, and optional head massage — make this a truly unique Serene Lotus ritual.
