Hi, my name is Tiffany, and I discovered yoga as a way to find balance - both physically and mentally - while navigating the busy, beautiful chaos of motherhood. As a mom of two daughters and a proud husky mom to Masha, I've learned how important it is to take time to breathe, move, and recharge. What started as a personal practice soon became a passion to share yoga's grounding and healing benefits with others. In my classes, I focus on mindful movement, body awareness, and building confidence from the inside out. I strive to create a welcoming space where every student can slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling centered, strong, and refreshed.
