Yoga For a Healthy Back

A Continuation of our specialized yoga therapy class designed to support spinal health and relieve tension through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful relaxation.

If you have found yourself in a place where you are no longer engaging in activities due to persistent pain, this class is for you. Nicole Thayer, yoga teacher and yoga therapy certification student, will guide you through simple yoga postures where you can slow down to connect to your body, and better understand how you move. Previous experience with yoga is not necessary, it is genuinely for every-BODY.
