Meet Your Instructor!

Yoga has become my lifeline, both as an educator and a cancer survivor. It gives me the physical strength and mental clarity needed to face each day in the classroom with energy and patience. After my treatments, finding a practice that could restore my strength was crucial. This new studio is my sanctuary, where I can breathe, stretch, and find peace amidst the chaos of life. The variety of classes means I can tailor my practice to exactly what I need on any given day. The supportive community here understands my journey, and that makes all the difference. Morning sessions set a positive tone for my day, and evening classes help me release the stress that builds up. Weekends give me the chance to deepen my practice and connect with others who share my passion. This studio is more than a place to practice yoga; it’s a crucial part of my healing and well-being.
